What a night.

1. With the game 3 puarters done the Mavs and Celtics had scored 152 points and only needed 46 to cover the over. They score 29 and neither team looked like they cared.

2. What in the F*ck were the Bulls doing. Controling the game and they said "Here Milwaukee, We dont want to win". And on top of it all that F*cking moron comits a foul with 3 seconds left and they give a technical too. But still with a chance to cover they go down and toss up a shit shot and dont even cover.

3. Portland, I dont think i am going against Denver at home again. What is the record ATS at home. Seems every game they win ATS at home.

4. I have the Lakers tonight and with everything that has happened here there is every reason in the world to believe that something really STUPID is going to happen at the end of the game and they to will not cover.

Yeah baseball is the only reason that got me into betting. I'll maybe do a few games every now and then but I make too many dumb bets. I had 5 games I wanted to bet on tonight, the only one I decided to actually bet on was the Sac game whcih was a loser, all other 4 won. Check my record on wagerline. I land around 65 percent of my picks in baseball, I do best in the playoffs, you can check it out on wagerline (even though you don't check it you said. I mainly only bet on the last 4 months of baseball, first month or so is too hard, I learned that last year. Good luck everyone, I'll post on here every now and then but I'll be back frequently in around 4 months or so.

They were taken out back to the shed and whupped unmercifully in front of the entire NBA-interested world. This reminds me of the Lakers/Dallas game. Very similar circumstances (except that NJ got beat wire to wire) - national TV audience, old champs vs wannabe champs, & Dallas got humiliated in 4th Q to lose outright. Everyone loved them to kill GS (I think) next night. They won, but failed to cover. A humiliating public loss like that takes more than 24 hours to get over. Perhaps, if they are down at half, or even after 3 Q's, they will be worth playing in 2nd half or 4th Q. Much like Dallas, their ability and pride should take over sometime in this game. But will it be in time to cover? I guess we'll see.

Well, let me add my 2 cents worth of non-bball related analysis. I was reluctant to post this since it goes so much against the grain. But it's my thought, so here goes. I think it will be very difficult for the Nets to shake off that game last night and blow out the Hawks. I know that Atlanta sucks, their team is in disarray, with a new coach, and I now know thanks to Tennisstud that they are 2-13 ATS last 15. Certainly looks bad for Atlanta as NJ looks to take out their frustrations on them. But as good as NJ is, they are still human. Last night, in front of a national TV audience, they were humiliated on their home court. It's not like they were playing an average team and just got caught napping.
